Hi Girls.

Jacque: Sometimes there are just no healthy options so rather then starve, just pay attention to portions and get a good work out in the next day!:)

Jen: I think I am going to start an X rotation at the end of the month so if you are doing Alwyn at the same time then we'll finally once again be doing what the thread title CLAIMS us to be doing!:p If I wimp out of the X then it will probably be the bells so either way we are good to go...:)

Today's work out is CTX Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and abs. ANYTHING but lower body is fine with me. I'm a leetle bit sore from y'day's run!:eek: OUCHEES! LOL

I guess that's all for now....BB after work!:)

Im sooo sleepy!:mad: Why can't people (little boys in general) just let me sleep?:confused: Im going to have to go to bed early tonight to catch up on the sleep I have missed the past few nights. Working day shifts aren't easy either b/c I get up early to work out and I tend to stay up later then I should.

Dance class was fun last night and I think the guys enjoyed it as well. We went out for a drink after and some nachos and I am retaining some water today! My rings are even tight on my fingers!

Todays workout is suppose to be hill running but I will save that for tomorrow morning. I think I will do a run outside (maybe 1 hour long) and some abs work.

Hello girls!

I did the first part of Bodymax 2 this morning and that was kinda fun. I've had that forever and haven't used it yet. Maybe I'll acquaint myself with all my never been used dvds as a rotation? That would keep my busy for a while.

Wendy, it's so funny that you mention doing something that this check-in was intended for, because I was just thinking that when I started reconsidering Afterburn! I thought "Well, at least it'll make our check-in legit." ;) Are you thinking about doing a 90 day X rotation?

Lori, you need to catch some zzzzzs, girl. Sleep deprivation is the worst!! Glad to hear you had fun last night. When is your next race? Still got the bug?

Jen: LOL on the legit check in...one of the other threads I post in started out as an X thread way back in the beginning of 2007 when I did my first and only FULL 90 DAY X ROTATION. Once all of us finished the rotation we changed the name. I thought perhaps we were going to have to change the name of THIS thread as well but perhaps not!;) I joked with the gals on the other check in as we all pretty much decided to do an X rotation together that we'll have to change the name back to it's original X-related name only...dagnamit, I can't remember the name of it! :confused::p So anyway, yes, my PLAN is to do a full 90 days. What ACTUALLY happens could something TOTALLY different. :eek:

Gotta get movin' on my work out soon. DS had a half day at school today so he's napping now which means I'm back to my old work out schedule for a day....

Hi ladies !

Today is one of those days for me. Lori, thought of you this AM when I ended up with only about 4 hours of sleep. So stayed in bed and no workout this AM. This afternoon is "tiredmax" and a bit of the allergies - feel like I'm making excuses, but think I'll take a rest day today. Not feeling like I could get in a good Leaner Leg workout today. I love that workout so want to put my all into it.

I actually started 90X at one point in time, but was in the middle of a murder trial and on the jury so, in trying to keep enough time in at work and still drive 1/2 each way for 4 half days of trial, my workout time and sleep pretty much took a back seat. Now I can't find my workbook ! :mad: Have the DVD's though.

Will have to check out a few "hiding" places - I remember kinda stashing it away somewhere. Tonight the boys have hockey, could be a good time to clean out the closet and see if my tired old brain remembers where I may have put it.

Wendy - well my portions weren't bad and I was ready to run but had too many interruptions last night. Then am resting today. Will be a very hard workout weekend for me ! Only a few days left of CTX and I'm done. I did do one of the Goddess KB workouts but am not sure I have enough room to do what I need to. Didn't have a single DOM at all - was a bit tired after doing it though. I think I wasn't doing it right or something. Maybe another try is needed. Hope your legs are better for tomorrow.

Lori - we seem to be the "Lacking Sleep Queenies" lately? Glad you had fun at dance class and a little bit afterwards too ! ;) With ya on the bloat from our "non-standard" food choices.:eek: Way to go in just changing your run instead of ditching your workout like I did !:eek:

Jen - That sounds like it could be quite a fun rotation - "DVD's Still In The Wrappers" ! he he he :rolleyes:

Well, as you can tell, I am quite chatty and feeling like doing absolutely nothing. Think there are a few "floating hormones" bearing their ugly heads tonight. Will save you all from any further chat ! :p

Good Morning Jacque and all who follow.

Wow, I just looked and realized that once I do today's weight work, I"ll have already completed 3 weeks of my CTX rotation! It's gone by quick. I must really be enjoying it! I'm just gonna roll with it then. Maybe I'll actually complete a 4-6 week rotation for once! LOL

Today's work out will be a 2-3 mile run on sore legs and then home to do CTX Shoulders and Abs. I only had time for Chest and Tri's y'day.
