Sorry if this has been asked. I am working on my 1RM's right now again trying to finish up and am wondering...if there is an alternating exercise such as alternating overhead seated press...say I do 20 alternating presses, do we calculate it as 10 reps since EACH arm did 10? Sorry if this was asked already. I did a search and could not find it. Thanks to anyone who knows the answer.
