Almond MIlk

How long after you open it does expire? I like almond milk but I don't go through it as fast as regular milk.

I just bought mine this week in the refridgerated section of the grocery store, it expires on 11/08/2010, but will be gone way before then

I think the kind I buy says to throw it out 10 days after it's been opened regardless of the expiration date. It should say on the carton somewhere. Hmmm, now I have a craving for a glass of almond milk!!

I have a half gallon I bought in the refrigator section that I have had for a couple weeks now, so that I will get rid of.

But I did buy a quart from the non refrigator section and that says use in ten days from opening.

But how do you know when it's spoiled? Does it smell real bad or something?

It drink some everyday (sometimes twice a day) in my protein smoothies so it doesn't stay around long enough to spoil.
