The Tae Bo Live Series is the BEST OF BILLY BLANKS in my opinion - he may be somewhat uneven but you get an excellent hard working workout - I have incorporated the step with his tapes - I keep the step at 6" and do alot of the balance moves and knee ups, etc. on the step and that really keeps my heart rate up.
I got Guillermo Gomez's Underground Kickbox DVD and that is really good - I also have incorporated the step in that one - the workout is only 30 minutes - the warmup and cool down are 10 minutes - but he packs alot in that 30 minutes.
The kickboxing has really shaped up my outer butt (love handles - that I do not have anymore) - that has really made a huge difference for me.
