Good morning... I made those M&M pillows yesterday, also pineapple coconut balls, and chex party mix and didn't eat of it. I plan to try one of those M&M pillows today. They look so pretty.

Clean menu today with a treat. No time to post menu now, will later if time.

I made the Walnut Frosties from the cookie book last night and I had one and BOY are they ever good! But they've now been put away. NO MORE FOR ME!!!

I did pretty well yesterday. Almost forgot to eat last night, but had some cereal. Not the healthiest but better than chips, right?

Today:

B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk
S - apple and almonds
L - veg stew, clementine
S - lf yogurt and 1/2 ww english muffin with pb
D - large salad with protein

Workout is RS, CM2 (already done) and legs
 
Goodmorning semi-cleaners. There is no point in posting a menu today. It is the annual Christmas luncheon at work. The pathologists are providing chicken, potato salad, macaroni salad and everyone else is bringing in chips, dips, casserole, cookies, cakes. I will try not to go overboard, but will not be on the clean wagon today. I did get up early to do Step Blast. As mentioned in a previous post, I'm planning on some rest days over the holiday. The next 4 days will be non exercise days, so I hope to eat extra clean at least 3 of those days. Have fun ladies.

I didn't keep to yeaterday's plan. So, today I will try again. I think I have the Ba Humbug blues today....

Pre workout- coffee and kiwi
Post workout- coffee or Pepperminst Tea a light carb like LF english muffin with light cheese melted on it or yougurt.
Lunch- greens and beans home made
S- ??
D- broiled Tilapia, salad, veggie
S- ?? It is my B-day so Not sure what my kids will have
