Today's menu is good. Haven't got time to post this morning. Yesterday I got into the tortillas, darn!x( Oh well, today was to be big calorie day but I guess yesterday was:p

How's everybody else doing?
 
Hi Jane!

Yesterday was good, except I ate one cookie. I guess that's better than 5!

Today:

B - 2 pieces toast with pb, sliced banana, soy milk
S - steel cut oats with banana, cinnamon and soy milk
L - pizza (just one veggie slice)
S - cottage cheese and fresh pear
D - leftover soup
S - maybe a protein shake

Today's workout is Body Max (no upper body) plus extra leg work.

Yesterday-
B-Hot oat bran & soy milk
S- V8 juice, H20, anfd 2 oz. low fat cheese
L- leftover lentil soup with tomatoes and green pepper added, salsa /baked Tostitos
S-popcorn & lo fat cheese 1 oz.
D- I didn't feel like cooking... whole grain english muffin soy butter & apple slices.
S- diet coke

today-
B- scramble egg whites w/ green pepper on whole grain 90 cal. wrap
S- 2 clementines, soy milk
L- salad with friend during a pedicure! (late birthday treat)
S--apple/ low fat cheese 2 oz.
D- I have a function to attend I will be careful- no bread. or dessert or alcohol.

ETA:
I came back to proof read and adjust since I posted quickly before taking Kids to school.

I jumped on the scale today; which is something I don't do often. I was disappointed! My clothes fit Ok. and I've been eating "moderately well as posted and doing the the Jan. rotation.Perhaps I should take measurements instead.

I also am having female hormonal issues. Maybe all this is related. (((sorry to ramble)))

I'm going to start doing some of the P90X recipes. I made the oatmeal pancakes today. I normally don't like whole wheat pancakes because I find them heavy, but the oats seem to lighten them up. Next time I make this I'm going to double the recipe so I can freeze them and have them on hand.

B- blueberry cereal, two turkey sausage links
S-2 P90X oatmeal pancakes (yumm!) w/ lt syrup
L-3oz grilled chicken in a whole wheat wrap w/lettuce, tomato, onion, splash of lowfat dressing
S-pear, sunflower seeds
D-chicken stew
