Yesterday-
B-Hot oat bran & soy milk
S- V8 juice, H20, anfd 2 oz. low fat cheese
L- leftover lentil soup with tomatoes and green pepper added, salsa /baked Tostitos
S-popcorn & lo fat cheese 1 oz.
D- I didn't feel like cooking... whole grain english muffin soy butter & apple slices.
S- diet coke
today-
B- scramble egg whites w/ green pepper on whole grain 90 cal. wrap
S- 2 clementines, soy milk
L- salad with friend during a pedicure! (late birthday treat)
S--apple/ low fat cheese 2 oz.
D- I have a function to attend I will be careful- no bread. or dessert or alcohol.

I came back to proof read and adjust since I posted quickly before taking Kids to school.
I jumped on the scale today; which is something I don't do often. I was disappointed! My clothes fit Ok. and I've been eating "moderately well as posted and doing the the Jan. rotation.Perhaps I should take measurements instead.
I also am having female hormonal issues. Maybe all this is related. (((sorry to ramble)))
