All Day Energy - does anything work?

Has anyone tried any supplements that promote all day energy with no crash? Not fat burners just an energy booster. I know Energize is one, but not sure if that is a gimmick or not.
Thanks for any info anyone has.
 
Eating real food every 3-4 hours and getting enough sleep should give you all day energy.

I actually have no idea. I *rarely* get tired or feel like I need a boost, and I still wake up in the middle of the night to nurse the baby once. In fact DH regularly comments on it. I do my daily workouts, eat right (most of the time!), and drink lots of water. I would think most of the stuff sold is a gimmick.
 
I agree! I used to burn out by 2 p.m. every day. Since I started eating clean, I maintain my energy level every day, all day! The only supplements I take are a multivitamin and glucosamine for my joints. I have never felt better! :D

Have you tried adding Greens to your waterbottle? Drinking a couple litres of water with greens per day has helped me a lot with maintaining energy through the day. :D

Top
