All abs tape

Hi Cathe! I want to first of all thank you for helping me to be in the best shape I could've imagined. You're consistently putting out challenging videos! I admire you and your dedication!
Secondly, I'm curious if your'e planning on ever making an all abs tape to compliment your videos without ab work! Nobody works the abs like you do! Your friend in fitness--Francine

Hi Francine! An all abs tape is not currently in the works but it is also not out of the question. I will be sure to keep everyone posted if I should make an ab video in the future. Thanks ;-)!
