I have all of these workouts, although on VHS. I've never done the meditation. I like all of them. Alan Finger has a very soothing voice, and the relaxation portion of the workout, at the end, is relatively long compared to a lot of yoga tapes that I've done. I definitely think that you will find them relaxing. Even though they're 60 minutes long, I'll often do one of them when I'm sick and don't feel up to doing anything else, and they're perfect. I think you'll enjoy them and be happy with your purchase.
