Agnus -Castus ??

Just wondering if anyone regularly takes this herbal supplement to help with PMS symptons ???

Gosh, I've never heard of it. Aside from my usual split personality and impetuous emotions I don't suffer much "physically" from pms. Hope someone knows something about this herb...don't we learn the darndest things on this forum? dmd

Happy New Year Debbie ! I hope CA is warmer than the UK at the moment ???? Minus 5 Centigrade tonight, pretty chilly for the UK !

I am going to start taking Agnus Castus in the next couple of weeks, it has been hailed as a wonder supplement for PMS. I am just one moody grouch at TTOTM !!!!!

I tried it a friend gave it to me when I had my periods from hell before my surgery. I did help a little but as my problems were caused by my rather large fibriods. Idon't use it any more as I realise my problems are probably linked to fibriods.

I took a few drops in water a week before your period are you using drops or tablets I used drops.

Its not falling as hard as it was but its still going and -5 oh boy London can't handle weather like this, we are not used to real winter weather.

Getting to work was fine getting home now that going to be another story I will try and leave work early tonight.
