What's nice about this group is that it really doesn't matter. It never really occurred to me to ask people their ages. I was too busy having a great time to care. :)

I think that is amazing how Cathe appeals to so many different age ranges. That says alot in itself. Thanks for the update!

It really doesn't matter how old we all are. Age is relative. I just asked in the original post because I think it's so neat how a group of people from all different backgrounds and from all over the country can bond together so well. Maybe it was the journalist in me, but I just wanted to see what the demographics were. Cathe truly does appeal to every single age group. It's very inspiring!

Well, the one common bond is that fit women look so much younger than the actual number. I saw lots hotties on the road trip who looked young, confident, and beautiful.

Amen to that, Beavs. I cannot believe how much younger I feel since starting Cathe. I wish I could go on a Road Trip and see everyone!!! (soooo jealous!!)

I didn't see your original post (maybe it's farther down), but you can add me to the 50's group (just turned 50 this year).

I agree with you Stephanie! I love that there is such a wide spread of people here! And I have also discovered that as I have gotten older (you can count me as one of the 30-somethings!) and have gotten more fit I look and feel younger than I ever have. I am in better shape than I was when I was 18 and taking care of myself positively affects all areas of life...I'm a better person, a better wife, a better mom, a good student, etc. And since I've been at the Cathe forum I have gotten excellent advice and workout ideas from all sorts of people. I love it!

Updated as of 10:25 Fri. morn.

1 teen
25 twenty-somethings
33 thirty-somethings
28 forty-somethings
16 fifty-somethings
2 sixty-somethings

I agree with the posters who don't really think about their age. I never used to, but now I work for a guy who is constantly talking about how old we are, can't do the things we used to, etc. He is in shape, too, so I don't understand why he's so focused on age. I have learned not to listen to him. That's why I love this board; I know you all feel this way too!
