Afternoon Energy Snack Ideas

I buy bags of frozen edamame (baby soybeans) and just zap 'em in the microwave for five minutes then sprinkle with a wee bit of sea salt and black pepper... deeeeeeeeelicious and high in fibre and protein! :)
 
I like Kashi Chewy bars. I did check out Larabar's website since those were mentioned a couple of times. They look a little "cleaner" than Kashi. I'll have to find them in my health food store.
 
Re: the Larabars.. if you can't find them in a local store ( I didn't), you can try Ebay.. lots of selections, and cheaper even with shipping.
