Just completed Afterburn and Triset Total Body Express which timed out at 96 minutes. I just dropped the cool down on Afterburn and the warmup for Trisets. Would love to hear other combos people are trying.

I've done the TBT lower body express and upper body express, dropping a warm-up and cool down for each. It comes in right around 35 minutes!
I've also split up Turbo Barre into upper and lower body. For upper body toning, I did the warm-up, upper body toning segment, floorwork, abs and cool down. It's about 45 minutes.
I exercise in the mornings, and lately, I haven't had much time to squeeze in a workout. All these 25-35 minute premixes are fantastic!
That sounds like a great LIS mix! I did Afterburn + the center portion of Athletic Training (the part on 3 risers + fire walker segment) the other day and really loved this as an upper body intensive workout. I've got good shoulder doms!
I plan that my next "mish-mosh" will be Afterburn + Lower Body Trisets!
I did the Afterburn premix with one time through each drill instead of two (a good way to ease into this program) followed by the bonus step routine that is on the Cardio Supersets and Low Impact Challenge disks (the same 21 minute segment is on both disks).
