This is pretty much what it says, except it repeats 2 of the segments--The jumping jack/clean and press segment and the air squat/burpee push up sequence. This is what makes it about 6 mins longer. For the most part I liked it because it got those awful dragging planks out of the way early. The only negative comment is that you have to know what weights to use because since it jumps around it often skips the part where she says " take a 10lb weight, etc"
 
Thanks for posting--I was wondering about this one. Thank goodness it doesn't repeat the mountain climbers!:eek:
