After STS

Hi everyone

Next week I finish STS and I'm a bit stuck as to what do next. I will definitely take a week off, but I'm undecided as to what to do next. I'm not sure if to join a gym as my weights at home are too low to make considerable gains and I don't really have the space.

Alternatively I would like to do a circuit rotation with total body workouts, but would I lose my hard earned gains? I've increased alot of strength with STS and wouldn't want to go backwards.

Oh decisions, decisions. I think I would like to keep doing STS plyo legs as its such a good all round cardio/leg routine and I would like to improve on squat thrusts etc.

Any suggestions I have all of Cathe's dvds so I've got plenty of choice.

not sure if that will work or not, but chris has put up a rotation. and there is some interesting info on there too.
i'm still kinda trying to figure it out. this is my last week of STS. and i love it so much, i just can't not do it. :) not good grammar, huh? anyway, let me know what you decide to do. maybe we can do a rotation together and cheer each other on.

Yea that undulating rotation of Chris's looks good. STS is the only rotation I've stuck at. I'm going to take a week off then I'll do it. I finish STS next Tuesday 12th May so I could start Chris's rotation say Sunday May 24th. What do you think? I'd love to do it with someone. Hopefully I'll be better doing my cardio this time as I just couldn't get into cardio when I last did sts.

Laura, I was trying to sync up a second round of STS with my check-in group (half of us are out of sync with the other half) and someone reminded me that Cathe has stressed that a full month should be taken off in between multiple rounds of STS. FWIW,
