After STS and Xtrain?

Hi Cathe,

I have done the Xtrain and STS series and I was wondering what I should do after? I know I can do the monthly rotation but I like the structure of the 2 series and mostly the continuity over 4 months. Should I restart the Xtrain series or do the rotation even though I don't have all the DVDs suggested in those rotations?

If it's any help, I did STS followed by XTrain and now I am doing the STS/LIS 3 month rotation listed in the rotation section of the workout manager. I am really enjoying it!!
