After previewing Kick Max I have to say...

I can't wait to do this workout next week! I took a risk with this DVD because of all the mixed reviews and I don't regret getting it. I've been practicing karate and kickboxing since I was about 8 years old and after previewing the workout I have to say I love the punch and kick combinations, all the turns, the DVD itself has great premixes including a low impact kickboxing premix :eek: and Cathe omg! She looks great! I have heard lots of people say that this one is easy, that is amazing! I think that if you keep your punches high (Cathe is the only one that does this in the DVD) and give 100% on every punch, kick and jump you'll be feeling this workout. I can't wait for Cathe to do yet another kickboxing DVD as I do kickboxing at least twice a week. Kick Max is very unique and I like that, I needed something other than Cardio Kicks, KP&C, CTX Kickbox, 10-10-10 and Power Circuit.
 
It is not easy to me -I am dripping in sweat when I'm done.I also like the turning in this one.I posted a post down below about how I am in love with kickmax.I for one am glad it is different from kpc to add variety.
 
I read your post and I just saw another "I love kickmax" post. I guess a lot of people didn't give this one the chance it deserved! I can't wait to try it. I still can't believe how people find this workout easy because Cathe is also dripping in sweat on this one. The review by Collage Video said it is "the toughest kickbox program ever" and it was also chosen as a staff favorite.
 
I love Kick Max too! It's an excellent workout! I know a lot of people were disappointed because it wasn't like KPC. But I think it's good that it's not the same as KPC, otherwise what would be the point? Kick Max always gets my heart rate up, and those leg conditioning drills are surprisingly burn-inducing. :)
 
I have to agree with you all: Kickmax is fun. I do not like the blast section, but that is personal preference. I love the low impact. I'm always dripping wet after this and my heart rate goes up. I'm so glad Cathe did something different than KPC. It provides variety and crosstraining. I love the balance aspects and the toning drills at the end.

Kickmax is a winner for me!:D

Well, you all sure have me excited. I just ordered it and KPC earlier today. Can't wait until they arrive!

Did this one today-I put the challange first then the kick punch combos and finally the leg drills.I want to do the leg drills at least once a week.I thought I was going to die:eek: .Whoever thinks this one is easy must be one tough chick:7 it slays me.
