What do you all do after an evening workout after work to calm down enough to be able to sleep? I am finding that even if I get home before 5pm and get in an hour workout, I'm still wired or at least wide awake by the time I should be going to bed. Reality is that I do go to bed early, around 8:30 or so, because DH gets up at 4am UGH! 
I have had to resort to taking Ambien nightly just to get to sleep. So, how do you all come down from the workout highs to be able to sleep?
any suggestions welcome...
