Any suggestions? I have 2 beautiful bundles of joy. One who is 2 and the other is 4 months old. And I'm having a tough time getting rid of my belly and waist area( before being pg with baby #2, I was back to my body weight by working out). I've always worked out and ate pretty well(I'm also breastfeeding). I do maximum intensity cardio ( the aerobics section only...I don't have much time....lol) combined with bootcamp and kick max during the week. I try to do workouts 5 times a week (no less than 3). Could you suggest adding something else?
