After 10 days off, I am SO SORE!!

Holy cow! We went to Disneyworld last week and I must've walked an average of 15 miles a day AND I was the one who RAN to get fastpasses for the whole group and RAN back to meet them, so all in all, I probably walked/ran at least 70 miles last week and I biked and swam, too. So resuming my Cathe schedule should be a piece of cake, right? NO! I started off w/ Cardio and Weights and I got really sore. I could hardly do all the biceps reps. I've also done 50 minutes of SJP, and KPC and they feel REALLY tough to me after my "time off." I guess you can regress REALLY fast and Cathe is tougher than I realize.

I certainly hear you. I haven't been able to do any Cathe workouts for weeks because we are in the process of moving out and selling one house and moving into another.

I feel like an old decrepit lady - I've put on pounds, lost fitness, flexibility, endurance, and strength. AUGHGHGHGH! I finally started up again this week and CTX is wiping me out. This, from the woman who could do Jillybean's Body Blast premix workout. What has become of me?

You'll bounce back a lot quicker than you think! But I have a long road ahead of me.

Best of luck,

Susan L.G.

I can relate! I had to take about three weeks off due to lower back pain and I've been back at it now for three weeks. I am still getting sore. Even though I didn't have to lower the weights I was lifting with Cathe's workouts too much, I find that I am sore for longer periods of time than I use to be. I did PLB the week I started back and I was extremely sore for almost a week.
