I'm echoing the many other positive comments here about CTX. I've done CTX for 7 weeks now and have seen results, both cardiowise and strengthwise, that I couldn't have even dreamed about 7 weeks ago. I know it's a good idea to switch rotations around, but I'm afraid to because I can't imagine getting any better results with anything else!!! Here's what I was thinking (based on Pat's Q&A session on the trip)
MON - PS Legs and Abs
TUES - Cardio Kicks
WED - PS Chest Shoulders Triceps
THURS - PS Back Biceps Abs
FRI - Interval Max
SAT- MIS
SUN - Rest
I'm thinking about doing this for 4 weeks, then going back to CTX. Any thoughts?
