aerobics

Last year I started taking aerobics, then during the summer the place where I took the aerobic class took a month off. I decided not to go back but instead buy my own step and do the aerobics at home.
I bought the step with the Cathe video but the video is too advanced for me and I can't keep up or do some of the complicated steps.
Can I purchase a beginners video with less complicated steps?
Or is there a CD that I could purchase and do the steps by music, I just don't know which music would go with the step. I can remember some of the steps if I have music with it.

Thanks B.B.

Are you thinking of a Cathe workout for a beginner? Because really I would try some of her older workout first. I'm sure you got All Step with your step. I have noticed that they are coming with that one lately. I would maybe try her Classics dvd. I started with Power Max. I just took it one section at a time until I could get it. Otherwise I would start with a Kathy Smith tape. She has the Step workout that is good for beginners, and it comes on dvd I believe I saw it in Target the other day.
Good luck to you. Once you get Cathe down you won't turn back.

I don’t have Cathe's older videos, but I do have Cardio & Weights which has simple choreography ~ plus the bonus of weights. The step in this workout is fairly simple, but you can always rewind and review. Cathe is awesome with her instruction. It will only take a few tries before you have the steps down pat.
