Hi Krisina! The best shoes are those designed for studio-based cardio classes. Right now I am most familiar with the Ryka ENLIGHT II. Hope this helps.

Cathe picked a great shoe. I have converted to them for quite a while and have had no problems with my knees! They provide great support and cushion

Where are you guys buying Ryka Enlight II Aerobic shoes? I was buying them through RITA (Ryka Instructor Training Alliance). They were selling them to fitnees professionals for $52.00.
The last time I ordered them from the RITA website (http://www.rykarita.com/web/footwear.asp?product_id=20)the order went through. A few days later I got a phone call from a Ryka rep. telling me that the shoes weren't available. The Ryka rep. told me that the Enlight II is a discontinued shoe.
She asked me if I wanted the N-Gage shoes instead($59.75 for fitness professionals). I told her that the N- Gage sizing doesn't work for me. I wear a size 9M dress shoe, but for both running and aerobic shoes I need to move up one and one half sizes. I need a 10.5M which fits me perfectly. The Ryka rep. told me that new models would be coming out but they were going to use the 5.5 - 10, 11, 12 sizing scheme. In other words, they've eliminated the 10.5M.
I don't know what to do. Any thoughts?

Hi Kristina, Like Cyndi I too got my Enlight IIs on the shoes by walking sue 7 website. I have bought several pairs of Rykas from her and always had good luck, she ships very fast. HTH!! Sandy
