I would appreciate some help with workout rotations with what I have.
I would like to build a workout around these three Cathe DVDs KPC, muscle max, leg and glutes (I know it is not much but I am a full-time student so am slowly building my Cathe collection). I would also like to include my elliptical machine if it works.
I would love to get a leaner and well-defined body overall(who wouldn't). I am also trying to lose some weight. I am 5-2 and am hovering around 128 pounds. Would like to lose like 7-8 more pounds. I have a very low metabolism so am hoping these workouts will be good for me.
Any suggestions for new DVD buys is also welcome. I am not very good with choreography (I have the low-impact circuit but cannot get the routine) so will like something simple.
