I've been reading the posts here and I'm confused by the rotations. I understand the basic concept (breaking thru plateaus, not overtraining, etc) but I'm not sure how to apply that to making my own rotation. I just ordered the PS series and also Cardio Max and StepMax tapes. I already have the CArdioKicks tape. I teach Spinning once a week occasionally twice a week. Sometime this summer I'll be teaching aerobics but its not currently an issue. I can also run/walk/bike or go to the gym and use their equipment. My goal is to lose body fat. I've been working out/lifting weights for years now but can't seem to lose those last 10-15 lbs. I lift pretty heavy but low reps (example, I can squat 180lbs). What rotation would you suggest to meet my goals?
