I am looking for a good floor workout similar to the first part of MIC but a whole hour workout. I don't like super complicated steps so Kristi Taylor is not for me. I love step workouts but when I workout in the morning step workouts are too loud and will wake up my husband! I have a ton of kickboxing type workouts, including all of Cathe's, so I'm not really looking for any more of those.
