Advice on any of Cathe's core workout videos

I'm doin One of Cathe's core max videos right now. I'm up to CoreMax3 and it's pretty hard. I wake up sore but i like it becuz i know it's a good sore and it's going to pay off in the long run. But i'm afraid that it's going to get too easy eventually and it won't do anything for me.
I'm fairly new to Cathe's workouts and i don't realy have many of her workout videos. I never know where to look or which ones are good. Can anybody give advice on which Cathe videos i can get so i an have a variety of core workout videos? I'm open to all suggestions.

How about Ab Hits it has many ab workouts from her currect dvd's. You could also double up the ab workouts if they become to easy (do them twice) or do 2 different ones in a session. Just a thought and her new STS program will have an Ab workout available for individual sale I believe, or was it free if your preordered the STS System, or both.

Have you tried the premixes on Core Max? There are 3 of them and Cathe mixes up the original Core Max workouts differently in each premix. The premixes are called Balance, Complete and Tough and each one is around 20 min. long. Other than the previously suggested Ab Hits, Core Max and new STS one, there really aren't any other "just abs" dvds by Cathe. CTX has 4 ab workouts in that set (which I think are all included in Ab Hits IIRC) Maybe consider another instructor??

No i haven't tried the CoreMax premixes. I have to try that. And i have to purchase the ad hits dvd as well. Thanks for the advice guys. I wouldn't wanna change instructors thought becuz Cathe's workouts are so intense and effective. I LOVE them.
I do mix her workouts in with some Denise Austin and Sharon Mann workouts. I like Sharon Mann's tai chi workouts. And i like to mix up Cathe's ab workouts with Denise's ab workouts. Nobody's bicep and tricep workout is better than Cathe's. she's the upper body queen. Lol! :D
