I'm doin One of Cathe's core max videos right now. I'm up to CoreMax3 and it's pretty hard. I wake up sore but i like it becuz i know it's a good sore and it's going to pay off in the long run. But i'm afraid that it's going to get too easy eventually and it won't do anything for me.
I'm fairly new to Cathe's workouts and i don't realy have many of her workout videos. I never know where to look or which ones are good. Can anybody give advice on which Cathe videos i can get so i an have a variety of core workout videos? I'm open to all suggestions.
