Advice needed

A big duh to me….I never realized that Lo max was a lower body workout too. I did that Monday night and I have still have DOMS. Not to include the fact that I did Cardio and Weights Sunday night. So that is why I have DOMS question is last night I was trying to do body fusion (cardio only) and my legs wouldn’t move they were stiff and still major sore…so needless to say that I didn’t do it. Do you think that it will be okay to do some cardio tonight on four inch step? If my legs still are like dead wood should I take the day off again? It hurts now to just walk up a flight of steps?

I did PUB last night.....so what now? I also took Tuesday as a rest day becuase my legs were killing me. would a light walk be ok?
 
How about low impact circuit? That might be okay if you're not too bad, but if it hurts that much, you may just want to lay off entirely. Sometimes we need to be flexibile with our workouts in light of situations just like these. Just ask anyone who has done Butts o' Fire.

I usually work through any DOMS. I find that once my legs warm up, the DOMS go away and feel so much better. I'm not suggesting you do what I do; just sharing my very limited experience.
 
I would do something low impact such as walking if its really bad. Only you know how far you can push. Sometimes I can push through and other times I have to suck it up and take a day off.
 
You may need to do some stretching or very low-impact cardio. It should feel good and not painful. If it really hurts, don't do it.
 
I typically take a walk or rest completely with leg DOMS. If walking up stairs hurts, you must be really sore. take a few ibuprofen, that might help too. Good news is, next time, you won't be nearly this sore. Take Care!
