A big duh to me….I never realized that Lo max was a lower body workout too. I did that Monday night and I have still have DOMS. Not to include the fact that I did Cardio and Weights Sunday night. So that is why I have DOMS question is last night I was trying to do body fusion (cardio only) and my legs wouldn’t move they were stiff and still major sore…so needless to say that I didn’t do it. Do you think that it will be okay to do some cardio tonight on four inch step? If my legs still are like dead wood should I take the day off again? It hurts now to just walk up a flight of steps?
