Hey Cathe! I posted before, but just to remind you my buddies are coming over 3x a week to lift with me. We're doing LL+CTX shoulders on Mon, the rest of CTX upper body + abs/planks on Wed, and PH on Fri. Everyone is already increasing their weights after only 3 or 4 weeks! My questions are: one of the gals wants to bring her 16 year old daughter (who is a bit overweight and would like to lose)...is that okay? Is she too young, or can she begin lifting without harming her development? I'm pretty sure she's done growing, but I wanted to make sure. Also, she became nauseated and threw up last week. She was lifting REALLY light and I think her blood sugar dropped (7 a.m. workout, no breakfast). Next, can I throw in PS legs on Wed. for just me? And...you suggested a hip program where you walk/run for 40 min followed by leg work from PH and PS. Can that be reversed (weights then run) or is there a reason/strategy for doing run then weights? Boy, I think that's it. I sort of mull over my questions before I finally post. Thanks in advance! CinDee
