I just had a quick question: What is the advantage of doing lets say an Upper Body Split training program as opposed to "braking out" body parts and training them individually like in your Pure Strength series. Does a split boost your metabolic rate a little more. Sometimes I prefer a split for time constraint reasons. Thanks
