Add fitness accessories to preorder

I am a bout to preorder the STS Cardio serie

I live in Canada and i am not into paying a lot for shipping

If I want to add the fitness gloves since it's hurting me to lift heavy, I wonder if they will ship them at the same time as STS cardio and how much would shipping be...

anyone have any idea?
it's 9.50 to Canada for STS Cardio only?

well thats werid because when I had preordered STS i added on some other DVDs and also some fitness products. So what know you cant?

We've never allowed our fitness products to be included with our preorders. We did use to allow you to order additional DVDs with presale orders, but this year we decided to give discount coupons instead.
