Ok, I love squash, I know how to make it really well with lots of buuter and brown sugar. BUT, there has to be a way to make it a little more healthy. Does anyone have any good tips on a great way to make it and have it healthy? I have sugar free syrup and thought that might help, but then I saw a recipe for it and it still required butter and brown suger with the sugar free syrup, sigh. So, help me out, please! I can't wait to make it, but just don't know how to healthy and tasty. Thank you for your help!
