Aching legs

Maybe once a week I've been finding that my legs will ache. I haven't been doing anything different in the way of w/o. Sometimes I will need to take a tylenol to get to sleep at night. It doesn't feel like a specific muscle, just the entire leg. Anyone know what might be causing this and what I can do?
Thanks
Sherry

Hi Sherry.

Sounds like restless leg syndrome to me. I have it and it blows. They don't know what causes it and there's no treatment! Is your where you feel like you have to constantly move and stretch your legs to ease the ache?

My husband has it also. Sometimes when we go to bed it's like we're kung-fooing before we get to sleep.

Yes, I have it too and believe I have restless leg syndrome. They ache something like growing pains. And, sometimes it feels like you want to crawl out of your skin. I get it maybe once a week or two, so it's annoying, but from what I've read, there are people who are much worse. I looked up the syndrome on one of the medical sites and there's not much you can do about it unfortunately. We affectionately call it the "jimmy legs", ala Seinfeld.

Oh my god! I get that too. I hate it, its creepy and it keeps me up at night. I get it mostly my PMS week. Its like creepy crawly aches in your legs and nothing helps. I try an shake it out but that doesn't work. Your not alone! I have noticed recently a commercial on the air about it. I can't remember what it was called but you can check out a couple other websites and see if they help.
