I am a 47 year old woman going through pre-menopause. I have never had so much difficulty getting rid of my gut. I joined a gym a year ago and had a personal trainer for six months. I attend step class 4 days a week and a power flex class at least once a week. I work out with you 1-2 times a week. I receive a lot of compliments on how good I look but I know my fat areas. What would you recommend?
