I really want to get definition in my abs. I currently work them 3x a week, but I just started 2 weeks ago
How often and long should I work them to get nice and lean looking abs?
I'm also now doing a strength rotation so I'm doing cardio 3x a week (2 one hr & 1 half hr) and weights 4x.
