Isn't it funny when you hear a song from a Cathe workout? Right away I visualize the choreography! We have MUZAK piped in at work and Buttercup gets played a lot...there I go skipping down the step!

Oh Jes!!!. You never saw Solid Gold, did you? Every Saturday at 6 PM. All those dancers would dance to the top 10 songs. Abracadabra was on their top ten for a while, there. I was in sixth grade!!!!!

hey you know what else? lately i have been wearing those janie fricke headbands when i do cardio kicks or high step circuit. you know the skinny headbands usually in pink or yellow with some glitter running thru them? it sounds silly but it makes me feel 10 years younger - like SOLID GOLD!!! oh, and remember that one janie fricke song "my face gets red in the bed of his f-150"? marla

Exactly! i tried to do a mini one in the car, but my seatbelt was prohibiting me!!! i was dancing, bopping up and down....i'm sure the person in front of me thought i was having a seizure or something...i looked quite the spaz!
