About the replacement dvds...

I'm behind the times on the Cathe site. Can someone please explain to me the procedure concerning replacing the faulty dvds? Are all original dvd's being replaced automatically or I have to contact SNM to get them replaced?

I'm wondering how many people haven't gotten the replacements yet? I'm in the midwest and haven't received mine yet.
 
I only received mine this weekend, so I wouldn't worry too much. I was one of the first wave of preorders, too (I ordered within 5 days or so that the preorder started). They were being sent in the same order as the originals, as far as I know.

Okay, thanks ladies. I didn't know when the replacement mailings began so wasn't sure if I should be concerned yet or not.

I was order number 63222 (according to the number they put on the label since I don't know what my order number was to begin with) and I received mine today. I live in Fort Sam Houston (San Antonio), Texas so that will give you some idea of when you will get yours based on your number compared with mine and where you live. Hope that helps.

Does everyone receive replacements? What do we need to do in order to let SNM know? What do we do with the original dvds? dmd

Replacements are sent automatically to everyone who has ordered from us. You don't need to do anything.

I received my replacement DVD's while gone over Christmas break. I live in Michigan. An envelope is included to send back the "old" DVD's. It's very easy.
