I think you could sub in the upper body LIC premix for CTX if you wanted. You might want to add in some extra back work, however, because in LIC, most of the back is worked with a band, not weights.
For Circuit Max, any circuit focussing on upper body weights would do fine, like LIC or Cardio & Weights. Circuit Max is more intense, however, than either LIC or C&W, so keep that in mind.
As far as subs for the cardio workouts, subbing in any step workout for Power Max would work (I like Step Blast best). For CTX Step and Intervals, I'd probably do 5 intervals of IMAX2. For 10, 10, 10, I'd probably just pick a short kickbox or step workout. Or, do half a kickbox workout and then switch over and do half a step workout.
Not knowing what DVDs you own makes it hard to offer alternate suggestions.
