about STS split days

Hey all,

So I think that I'm going to buy STS but one question for those of you who have purchased the product. Since Cathe suggests doing the program Mon/Wed/Fri, that obviously leaves Tues and Thurs open. Does the program outline or give any suggestions as to what we should do Tues/ Thurs between sessions?

The suggested rotation is STS 3x per week, and cardio 3x per week, and 1 rest day. You can check out the posted rotations by going to the Workout Manager. I just choose the cardio I want to do on those 3 days, for me that is mainly my group kickbox class.

Cathe provided a very complete response, so I hope this helps answer your quesstions. Remember that you don't have to workout on Mon/Wed/Friday. You can come up with the schedule that works best for you.
