If you are developing muscles as I am sure you are, they will fill in such areas but there's a certain amount of wrinklage to be expected. We just discussed this in regard to knees. Some will be genetically more predisposed, I would guess. Remember you are in motion as you interact with people. I would guess you arae the only one who notices this. Keep pumping iron and don't let it drive you crazy.
Maybe it' time to think about using a sunless tanner and quitting the beds. Sun or rather UV damage, increases the effects of aging and wrinkling and sunners get more wrinkles in general. Still, some wrinkling is normal and we all see ancient folk with very wrinkly skin so it's unavoidable to a certaine extent. The most important thing is not to let it make you crazy!
