Cathe, if you read this, hope you can answer. I really need help with building strength for pull-ups/chin-ups,
Even the modified ones!!! In that exercise w/the tower in the beginner w/o, where you sit under the tower,
Indian-style (legs crossed), when you pull up, just your bottom is lifted off the floor, and your feet are still
On the floor, right? It looks that way to me, and I thought I wouldn't even be able to do that, but to my surprise, I can, but my feet are still on the floor, but I can lift the rest of my body up.(I hope that makes
Sense) . I think that is a great way to help build the strength for pull-ups, & I especially like the progression
For pull-ups in the 3 DVDs. Thanks!
