? about muscle max

i'm thinking about getting a new dvd and not sure what to get. i run for cardio and strength train w/ cathe (and use boot camp to cross train). i have pp/ss and muslce endurance. i use pp and ss with much heavier weights, and i really prefer to do a total body workout. what's muscle max like and how is it different from muscle endurance or power hour?
 
I think MM is different from ME and PH because your trying to build muscle strength with MM rather than just working and leaning out the muscle in ME. PH is similar too. I like MM and try to go as heavy as possible but w/ good form when I do it.

MM pace is a little slower then ME and PH so you can go heavier. I'd say it's a medium strength workout between ME and the Gym Styles. For leg work Cathe still uses 40 lbs for squats and I believe 30 for static lunges, but she goes a lot heavier on upper body then what she uses in ME or PH. (This is not a Body Pump style workout like PH is.)

I use all of Cathe's total body workouts but this one is my favorite.

I love all Cathe's circuit workout but this is my very favorite!! I would like to call this a master pieace. Just add some cadio and you are all set for a perfect conditioning workout.
