? about Meso 2

Hey Ladies, in another post I mentioned how I had major DOMS with my chest,tri. and shoulders w/o, and really on my legs w/o my first week on Meso 2. But I noticed on the back and biceps I didn't have any doms. I wondering if I didn't do something right. Has anyone else experienced this? And one more question does anyone not take a rest day doing the week and maybe squeeze in another aerobic activity? Thank! Lori
 
I was still sore after back and biceps, but not as sore as the other workouts. Are you working close to failure by the end of the workout? You could try increasing your weights a little.

I always take a rest day (sometimes 2) :p
 
Yes, I'm going to failure sometimes I cant even finish the reps. I don't know why I'm not feeling any DOMS
 
As long as your going to failure don't worry about not experiencing DOMS. Not everyone does.

I didn't really feel much in the way of DOMS during Meso 1, but I did during the first couple weeks in Meso 2, others claimed they saw the exact opposite. There are many factors such as the type of workout you are accustomed to, how well you stretched after, and so on that will effect muscle soreness.
