You have alot of ab work in a row are we suppose to break it up. Tonite I was suppose to do PUB and then I do KB and Coremax tomarrow then LIC then run with sts abs.
No need to break it up Roxie. If your abs are particularly sore, then skip the ab workout, but otherwise, every now and then I enjoy stepping out of my usual 2 to 3 day a week non-consecutive ab workouts and shock the muscles with extra abs workouts.
