Hi Cathe or Educated Crowd,
I've recently been trying really hard to clean up my eating, so that I can get some nice definition. I am doing good so far and have lost twelve pounds recently, but I have a couple of questions.
When you say "no sugar" does the small amount in say a light soymilk or a small amount of honey in flour free bread matter? Also when eating "no sugar" what about honey, maple syrup, molasses, etc. are they all no-no's? And are fruits like raisens or fresh dates not good because of the sugar?
And finally, are cereals like the Kashi Go Lean okay? It seems to be flour less and whole grain?
Thanks for the help!
Linda
