? about DVD problems

I was doing my Push Pull DVD for the first time this morning and during the warm up something weird was happening on my DVD. I'm not sure how to describe it - it was kind of like the video was dragging and I would see streaks and it sort of slowed down now and then. After the warm up, everything was fine.

Then, when previewing SJP - there was a pause that seemed longer than it should between 2 step segments.

I'm kind of new to DVDs. Is this something that just happens sometimes on DVDs from time to time? I played the warm up after I was done to watch it and see if it would happen again and it didn't look like it did. (I was a little distracted and didn't watch it VERY closely the 2nd time.) I just thought I'd wait and see if it happens again next time I do Push PUll. How long do I have to return it if it does happen again? I thought I read previously that Cathe's DVDs have a lifetime guarantee but I couldn't find that info anywhere.

Hi,

My PushPull DVD has not done that, but I am pretty sure that SNM said that there is a "freeze" on SJP DVD about the time that Cathe is doing the Kung Fu Fighting song. They said that this is normal because the DVD is "changing sides" or something like that. It did happen with mine, but then it kept going with no problem.

Yes, like Sandra said, it is normal to have slight freezes when it is changing layers. Of course, if it freezes and stays there for a long while, then it can be a problem but very brief switch is fine! Good Luck!
