About Cathe & Crew

Hi-
My name is Jamie. I am 38 years old & sort of new to posting messages here. I have almost everyone of Cathe's workouts including all of the new ones.My question is does anyone know what type of rotation Cathe & crew followed to get so lean & defined? I have around 20 pounds to lose & am supposed to go on a vacation in March and I am planning on starting some type of workout plan soon but I don't even know where to begin. I really want the lean, no fat, super definition look. Does anyone have any ideas ? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hi Jamie -- If you go to Video & DVD Rotations (under the forums) you'll find what you're looking for. I know Cathe has some good rotations for fat loss/muscle definition, which usually add more cardio and the weight training is usually higher reps and moderate weights (rather than Slow & Heavy, which is more for muscle building).

I'm going on vacation in March, too (Florida) and I'm beginning the same type rotation for some body fat loss and muscle definition.
