I didnt buy these workouts because of all the step workouts. I absolutely hate step aerobics but I have been hearing about the great results people are getting from this series and am trying to decide if I should buy it. Too bad cathe didnt sell them in seperate segments so I could just get the wt workouts and the bootcamp and kickbox workouts. I seriously do not like step aerobics. what are your opinions on this for someone like me who doesnt want the step cardio segments. thanks!
